the rainbow

Whether you are praying for hope... for wisdom... for comfort... or for healing... there is nothing like looking to the sky... and finding that God has adorned it with His promise. There is nothing so precious to me as seeing that He has spoken to me in brilliant colors... that He has smiled on me and graced me with a beautiful gift.

Tuesdays are for looking into my heart and finding the beautiful amongst the clutter. Thank you, Emily...

*sigh* I love this, Dawn. We saw a rainbow yesterday after a quick, violent storm burst. I'm glad you captured this one.

We captured a rainbow on camera several weeks ago. It was beautiful. The kind that covered the sky. So big we couldn't fit the whole rainbow in the camera frame. Beautiful.

many storms, many rainbows , here lately,
I am loving that we keep getting the promise shining on us instead of the normal glaring sun!

thank you for sharing this wonderful reminder. I am trying to find God in everyday life, but it takes a lot of slowing down, taking a deep breath and recognizing He is right beside me.

Dawn, I saw this the other day, then today I saw it again. . . and I just had to comment. Ummmm.

Your picture is a perfect illustration of "finding the beautiful amongst the clutter." There are still clouds, but look what else is in that sky?! What a gift. Thank you for sharing it!

I love how God builds reminders of His grace and goodness into the natural world :) The hard part is taking our eyes off of our own worries long enough to notice them. Thanks for the reminder :)
